ROYAL CROWN DERBY NAMES DEVINE CORP AS U.S. DISTRIBUTOR OF FINE BONE CHINA AND GIFTWARE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 22 November 2013

Royal Crown Derby announced today DeVine Corporation will assume distribution of its fine bone china and giftware products in the US as of January 1, 2014.

The announcement was made by Kevin Oakes, CEO of Steelite International, a $100 million Stoke-on-Trent ceramics manufacturer for the hospitality industry that acquired Royal Crown Derby in 2012. Both companies are well respected for continuing to design, innovate and manufacture tableware in England.

"This is a very exciting time for Royal Crown Derby," said Oakes. "When Steelite International acquired the business last year we wanted to strengthen our business with a global rebranding program that includes the introduction of an exciting new range of products. Our association with the DeVine Corporation will expand our market reach in the USA."

Tim DeVine, President of DeVine Corporation, a veteran in the luxury tableware industry, said "Royal Crown Derby and Steelite International were under the umbrella of the Royal Doulton Group at the time I started my career with that company. This renewed association brings me full circle. The innovative new products are well positioned to reach new customers and I am pleased to be launching the new collections in 2014."

Through December 31st, retailers will continue to place orders directly with the company. Customer service numbers will remain and transfer to DeVine Corporation after the holidays.

Royal Crown Derby, founded in 1750, is known for producing exceptional bone china tableware and gifts. It has produced many notable patterns for royal palaces and other luxury venues, including a dinnerware service for first class dining onboard the Titanic. More recently, the company has produced tableware services for the Waldorf Astoria Hotels in England and America, in addition giftware for the British Royal Family.
