|About Lutece by Achille Salvagni Atelier|
J.L Coquet has commissioned Achille Salvagni to design a capsule collection, entitled Lutece; taking the iconic Hemisphere collection as its starting point. Inspired by the ancient civilizations of Rome and Lutetia. Salvagni has faithfully drawn on the timeless codes and creative essence of the original design of Hemisphere and reinvigorated it with his own distinctive signature style, re-contextualizing it for a sophisticated contemporary audience.
A real jewel of French heritage, J.L Coquet established in 1824 just a few miles from the city of Limoges, has been creating and manufacturing the purest porcelain tableware with innovative and original forms. This historical brand awarded “Entreprise du Partimoine Vivant” has travelled through time and across borders to become a symbol of high quality and French Art de Vivre all over the world. The J.L Coquet porcelain is the result of a perfect alchemy between water, land and savoir-faire and echoes with the most exceptional pieces in extraordinary places.
