Like all white porcelain, most of Jaune de Chrome's glazes are fired at the highest temperatures, making them very resistant. They are perfectly suitable for an everyday use and are dishwasher safe.
Precious metals filets are a little more fragile. They can go in the dishwasher, but we advise you to use the low temperature program, non abrasive detergents, and half the recommended amount.
BIG BANG, BORSALINO INCRUSTATION, CLEMATITES INCRUSTATION, EXTRA MATTE GOLD/PLATINUM, FALBALA & FRENCH CANCAN, GYPSIES, LEAF: Incrustations and precious metal Leaves are fragile. We do not recommend the dishwasher.
Tip : You may use a cloth with white vinegar to remove stains and revive the colors.
RED GOLD INCRUSTATIONS:
Red gold motifs are very delicate; they should be taken care of as objects of fine art. They are very sensitive to impacts and abrasion. They should be cleaned with a soft sponge. Should you stack the items, please ensure to put an insert between the plates to avoid the foot of the plate to scratch the center of the plate underneath.
Avoid using balsamic vinegar or any kind of alcoholic colored liquid that could stain the crackles. In general, avoid leaving acid preparations that can stain, like marinades, vinaigrettes, tea or coffee, in the plates – rinse them with warm water after use. Be careful also with thermal shocks.
Most of the porcelain can go in the microwave, except for those containing precious metals.
